Listed as concentration camp inmate, location given as Buchenwald (inmate card). The card bears a stamp across the middle: "22.1.46 KL Auschwitz" (Jan 22, 1946, Auschwitz concentration camp).
He may have survived. On the one hand, at Yad Vashem, a number of records were filled out by Abraham Czerwin
On the other hand, there is documentary evidence that links Abram Czerwin to Chaim Zelewinski. Further information (including records under the name Abram Czerwin or Cierwin) is found on that page.In a list of signatures from a combined junior high school and high school from 1926, one finds the signature of Abram Czerwin as well as the signature of a Lejzor Czerwin on the same page.
