Dzbenin. In Ostroleke on April 4 1834 at 9 AM the Jews Jadka Blumenfeld, tailor, aged 60, and Chaim Wylozny, teacher, aged 42, residents of Ostrolenka, presented themselves and reported that on the second day of the current month and year, at 8 AM, the Jew Jakob Meierovich Czerwin died, a laborer residing in Dzbenin, aged 65, widower. Surviving are sons Shmul, aged 21, Movsha, aged 15, and Yossel, aged 10, and a daughter Chana, aged 17. After personal verification this document was read to the witnesses and signed.
