Bielitz / Austrian Silesia / Bahnhof St. (Railway Station St.) / in the garden of the "Northern Railway Hotel" / The plate (the negative) is kept to meet additional orders/ Eisenschiml and Wachtel, Vienna

The last line is more clearly visible in the third view.

This seems to mean that the photographs were taken in Bielitz. This is now called Bielsko-Biala, though my 1952 encyclopedia knows it as Bielsko. (According to German sources Bielice was also called Bielitz. This is a small town near Szczecin way in the north, clearly not our Bielitz.)

"Eisenschiml and Wachtel, Vienna" - Apparently this identifies the manufacturer of the frame itself.
