Yankel Velkovich Chervin
This extract from Yankel's death certificate (1899) shows his full name on the right, with patronymic Velkovich (in the Russian style), written in Yiddish and Cyrillic alphabets.
The entry reads: Resident of Svir, Yakov Velkovich Chervin/Yankel' Vel'kovich Chervin'.
The number "554" is a misprint; the correct number is 555, as in the Russian version.
