Who can forget the city of our birth, Disna, with its glorious nature, and the dear people who lived there?

Who can forget the city, where he took his first few steps?

Who can forget the city, the home, where his cradle stood, and where his devoted mother rocked her child with a sweet lullaby, and often with the hot tear in her eye?

Who can forget the streets, where he ran in his childhood years, and played, the trees he climbed, and the smell of the large poplars by Pesach's shul, the old boulevard, full of so much charm and romance?,

p. 184
